Nature Based Education
The nature-based education movement is rapidly gaining popularity in the United States. The Natural Start Alliance (naturalstart.org), the Children and Nature Network (childrenandnature.org), the North American Association for Environmental Education (naaee.org), the Eastern Region Association of Forest and Nature Schools (erafans.org), Inside-Outside (insideoutside.org), and Mass Audubon (massaudubon.org/learn/nature-preschools) are organizations that support the expansion of nature-based early childhood education and provide services to early childhood professionals. Cairn Hill Nature Preschool is excited to be part of this important and timely movement!
