Admissions Procedure

We invite you to follow the steps below to complete your admission process.

  1. Please contact the school at 781-584-6474, or email the Preschool Director, Shannon Morrissey at shannon@cairnhillpreschool.org to schedule a tour and become familiar with the Cairn Hill Nature Preschool program and facility.

  2. Once you have visited and feel it’s a good fit for your family, please email the preschool director to determine the earliest start date. If there is no space, then your child will be added to our Wait List to be contacted once there is availability.

  3. Enrollment forms will be sent via email along with an invite to Bright Wheel. All payments are done through this application.

  4. A $75 non-refundable registration fee will be due once enrollment forms have been received.

Enrollment Procedure

Soon after you receive your status of acceptance you will be invited to complete enrollment for your child. The information asked through the enrollment procedure will help constitute the child's file -- needed for the teacher but also in compliance with the Department of Early Education and Care.

Enrollment is a mutual commitment between the school and a family, the step that confirms that a spot is reserved for your child at our school.

At the end of the enrollment procedure you will be asked to make a $500 deposit. The $500 is applied to the tuition amount the family will owe  to the school.
